Sleepless nights

Waking up in the night with horrible leg cramps. Maybe 2 to 3 times a night. Is there a way to prevent this from happening.

I get these as well. And my mother in law Saud to eat bananas. They helped a good bit.

Drink lots of water and make sure you're getting plenty of potassium
