Slow Labor
Been in labor 10 hours and only 4cm dilated. In starving. Im tired. And, i cant feel anything from waist down so cant move lol.

I ended up being in labor for 23 hours from start to finish. It was slow going but nothing went wrong other than getting a second degree episiotomy. I pushed for only 1 hour and my 7lb 13oz baby boy was out. :)

Breathing through your contractions can help speed the process up...did you get the epi...your almost there hang in there....Labour is very tiring....once you see and hold yoir baby you will be ok
STILL in labor.. stuck at 7cm for past 2 hours.. :( I've been in labor for 15 hours and im so tired and hungry
Hang in there and focus on the baby you'll soon hold in your arms <3
