I pack bags of frozen veggies around my feet and ankles while I have my feet uo for about 20 min or so. Helps to speed up the un-swelling and feels nice and cold too!

I'm wondering the same thing, I'm almost 33 weeks and have been getting swollen also, I can't do the frozen compress because I have an allergy to the cold, I'll get the hives when my skin comes in contact with cold looking for solutions also
I soak mine in an epsom salt tub. Works pretty well for me. Take care
I used to fill a foot bath with water and add ice. It was the only thing that gave me any relief over our summer. Warm foot bath at night with peppermint or salts gave huge relief after working on my feet all day too.
Thanks ladies I appreciate your suggestions :-) I've got a ton of appointments and errands today but hopefully will have some time to put my feet up in between!
I didn't have too much swelling before, but after giving birth was another story altogether. Epson salt baths worked and drinking lemon water instead of regular water or even some ice tea. Hope you get some relief .
