Someone please!!!

I know dizziness is normal but I can't even get out of bed because I'm scared to pass out. When does this call for me to get help? This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've never experienced such horrible thing.
I'm 32 weeks yesterday I had an appointment with my O.B about me gasping for air several times a night and he said it was normal as well. .. can someone just please tell me I'm not crazy:(
All this doesn't feel right.!

Dizziness is a playing factor of toxemia. If your dizziness is accompied by swelling and headaches you need to contact your doctor immediately. He/she will run a urine test to see the level of protein in your urine and monitor your BP. On an obvious note do not drive! I experienced extreme dizziness, headaches, swelling followed by feeling like I was in a tunnel. I was diagnosed with toxemia and put on bed rest. My daughter was emergency c section and born at 3lbs 15oz. Thank God everything was ok! However if I went untreated that may not have been the outcome!
