Mountain man breakfast
1 pound ground breakfast sausage (or chorizo or Italian sausage or even diced ham or bacon or any combination, this recipe is really flexible)
1-2 bags of hashbrowns (depending on how many you want)
6 eggs (scrambled)
Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese to taste
Brown your sausage in a large pan (season to taste)
Add hashbrowns and cook until browned
Stir eggs in slowly and cook fully before you add the cheese.
Eat plain or topped with ranch, ketchup, or salsa.
If it's just you and your partner, prepare for leftovers lol.
Can also be made in a Dutch oven
this sounds similar to my chicken salad! I use the canned chicken too, with a pack of the dry ranch dressing mix, and mayo! lol haven't been able to enjoy it since pregnant, but I'll try this recipe! thank you! ((:
