Hi..

I'm so overwhelmed with the various prenatal pills that I'm not sure which ones I should take. I don't have my first doctor appt until oct 13.. and I'm thinking I should be taking them now right? Can anyone give me an insight on prenatals that works for them?

Yes start taking them now. (= I use the gummy kind the brand is vitafusion. I love them! I even catch my man taking them. The pills make me sick, everyone's different though but I recommend ^ those.

I take the gummies I can't take pills and they work fine

Start now before you see the doctor. Make sure the ones you choose have DHA and
Folic acid. I do the gummies because they don't make me nauseous
