I had it for lunch! Just went for the low mercury cooked ones! Also look for the fish high in omega 3 like cooked salmon. Yummm

I ate raw sushi my whole pregnancy with my son..4.5 years ago. Just about 3-4 days a week....my Dr said it was just fine. Just watch mercury fish..shark and such...if you are worried eat cooked or steamed .
Watch out for the ones high in mercury. Like swordfish and shark. Cooked or veggie is fine.
