scared to have sex!?!?!

I had a miscarriage not too long ago and I am now 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant I have not had sex with my husband since we found out! I just don't know what to do :(

I miscarried Six months ago and now in 2 day I will be 8 weeks I'm scared to even move around a hole lot or pick up my 3 year old so I no how you fill it ***** to be scared

I Know exactly what you are going  through! I had a miscarriage during my 12th week and got pregnant right after it. I'm now 21 weeks and literally sh*t scared to have sex.

Sex is never the reason for a miscarriage. If you miscarried after sex,  it was already going to happen. If you are scared to have sex,  then don't, but so long as you are gentle and your partner supports their weight keeping it off of your belly,  you should be fine. Sex also works your vaginal muscles and is recommended through out pregnancy so long as you are comfortable.

Also try different positions that are comfortable for you. I haven't stopped since I found out,  the increased blood flow to the area makes it feel incredibly good. But everyone is different.

I know they say its because something was wrong with the baby and its nothing we did but I just don't want to do anything to chance it
