Big TMI Question

Sorry for this ladies but Im curious, I just had my little girl September 2nd, vaginal birth with 2nd degree tear. I've had my first BM but I can't wipe cuz of the stitches. How can I make this less painful? Does anyone suggest anything? I can't just walk around with poop left in my bum from not being able to wipe!

With my first i had 2nd degree tearing and tore to my bum. I was still able to use a wet wipe and clean up after a bm tho. Unless ur bunhole tore u should b ok u just have to be careful. Try wiping by taking ur hand behind your bum and not from your vagina and back...if that makes sense. If its still to sore u may need to bath after bm. I healed up pretty good after the.first week and was fine after that.

I'd have to squirt it pretty hard to get poo off though and I'd be there for a while lol I tried baby wipes and those adult butt wipes and damping doesn't get it off...maybe I'm just crazy cuz I just can't stand knowing there's still poo where it shouldn't be

At my hospital they usually give us a squirt bottle so after we do anything that's the way we was able to clean down there not bein able to wipe. Or get a wipe and not actually wipe yourself but damp like you would if you was putting peroxide on a wound.
