I had horrendous all day sickness until 18wks and the ONLY things that helped me where chewing peppermint gum and sucking imperial mints. I also ate small but frequent meals, literally nibbled all day and sipped water constantly. I tried everything! But then again different things work for different people so try anything and everything you can lol. Lemon, ginger, crackers, Seabands etc. Generally it does get better but it does feel like forever at the time I know! I say generally because I won't lie but some ladies do suffer all the way through. Hope you feel better soon!
Doctor will give you sometHing. Try ginger ale, ginger mint candy, or tea. Also peppermint candy.
Nothing helped me except for zofran.
