lost symptoms

So I'm 23 with a 4 yr old and am supposed to be 13 weeks 6 days. Before Sunday my breasts were getting bigger, belly button starting to poke out a bit and was gaining weight. However I've been losing weight now instead of gaining it, breasts are going back to before baby size and stomach has shrunk. I don't see my doctor until Tuesday however I'm not spotting or bleeding or showing any other signs of miscarriage. Could I just be overreacting and baby be ok or should I really worry??

I had the same thing happen. I also have a year year old and I am 14 weeks with my second. I was very bloated and thought I was showing already. But my nausea went away and nd my belly is flat again. I don't have a bump at all and I feel like myself again. I have a fetal heart doppler and my baby is still there with a strong heart. I wouldn't worry if you aren't cramping or bleeding. It's probably just your hormones changing.

Your stomach could be getting smaller because your not as bloated  (which would make you lose weight to). About this point your symptoms should be lessening.  I thought my breast were getting smaller at one point but I measured them and they were the same size.
