In my first pregnancy, 6 years ago, I was only allowed 6oz a week of tuna and no other seafood at all. But now it's so much better!
Almost any fish is ok depending on where it's from and how it's raised. Ask your doctor for a list. I also used the "what to expect"app and site and they gave a pretty comprehensive list.

You can eat tuna I believe you can only eat like 12 oz. Stay away from the fish that has way to much mercury like sardines and shark. You can look it up online. My doc gave me a paper to tell me what ones I can eat .but I've also looked online and they say the same ones. Good luck hun
