Ultersound

I went to my first ultersound they said my baby heart beat is 174 is that healthy? Most women has it between 120-150

It all depends my baby girl ranged between 140-180. When a babies heart rate is up sometimes it's due to their activity. But the ultrasound technician will inform your doctor. Plus depends on genetics, but I wouldn't worry. Especially when you go in for stress tests then those really help.

That's something you should have asked the Dr that did the ultrasound. Don't ever be afraid to ask questions, Thats what they are there for.

The heart is just developing and at that stage is totally normal.  I remember hearing ours was 176 and I freakes.  They said it is completely normal and usually peaks at 10 weeks and will start going down to regular rate

Both of my boys' were 174 around week six to about 20 weeks when it slowed to 150s.

my first ultrasound baby a was 164 and baby b was 120 now they are 154 and 160 next appoi tment in a week and a half!!!

My little man's heart beat is around 160 right now but at first it was high like that my ob said it was normal
