Uncomfortable, sleepless nights?

This is my 6th pregnancy and I've never experienced this much discomfort..I'm only 3months and I'm already having a hard time getting comfortable for bed. My back hurts and when I lie on my left side, It gets numb. The most comfortable position for me is on my back, which I know isn't good for you, sometimes I have to sit up just to sleep. Any advice?  I'm up all night and morning just Praying that I can find a comfortable position and fall asleep.

I'm almost four months and have the same problem with sleep. I recently bought a body pillow and it does seem to help a lot like what the previous girl said. :)

The only thing that helped me sleep was a nice big body pillow that I could wrap my legs around and "hug"  at the same time... It especially helps when my belly gets too big to tummy sleep.   Hope you get some sleep soon
