Worried!

Okay so i'll be 5months on Monday, and id say ive only taken my prenatal vitamins maybe 10 times in the last month or so. Is or can that affect my baby? ?

Try not to focus on how many times you haven't taken them because that will do you & baby no good, just try & remember to take them from now on. Maybe set an alarm on your phone? Or take them everyday at the same time?

I agree with newmommytyra, some people smoke and drink throughout their pregnancies and miraculously their babies come out fine but those are the exceptions not the rule, everyone's body, baby, and lifestyles are different so u can't assume jus because one person did something it'll be the same for u. I try to take my prenatals everyday though I may forget a day here or there.

You should take them im sure ur baby is fine..but the vitamins help thr baby's brain and other things
Also you dont get all the nutrients u need from food alone that's why the prenatal vitamins are there....
Take them better safe then sorry

I take mine like twice a week. I used to take it religiously in the beginning. Now that I'm almost 8 months pregnant I hate them they're so gross but I try to take them.

I barley take my prenatal I'm 4 1/2 months and everything has came back prefect so I'll just keep doing the common sense stuff lol like eating healthy and walking regularly.

Not at all I have a friend that didn't even get prenatal care her baby is perfectly fine
