How to avoid getting leg cramps at night? .
And is it okay to sleep on your back while being pregnant ?

Before i go to sleep I stretch my calfs. If I get cramps I hyper extend them towards my shins....works like a charm!

Look up potassium rich foods. Potassium helps decrease leg cramping. And sleeping on your back when baby is bigger can cause pinching of nerves and decrease oxygen to baby.
