labor hip pain?!
Ways to relieve it?!?! Preterm labor. 24 weeks. Baby boys head is right on top of the opening of my cervix. The hip pain is absolutely horrible! Anyone know ways to relieve it a little?!?! I tried a heating pad didn't work just made my contractions worse!
Have you tried pillows? Having my legs wide open when laying down helps me, but its hard doing it on my side or my back, also sitting on a chair with legs open and leaning forward, i hope this helps mama =)
