Go to one of the good baby-naming websites and look for the up-and-coming names section (sometimes they call it trending or outre).  You'll find plenty of lovely K names.

It would be Khanndler as in (chandler) but I agree to what your were saying and I did have those same thoughts.

My only suggestion is not to go too cute with the spelling.  A kid with a name that can't be pronounced correctly by someone reading it is doomed to having to correct adults, and it can make them very self-conscious (and make them dislike the name too).  Is Khandler pronounced Kay-Handler?  Chandler?  or what?  will go through the mind of the teacher or nurse or whomever.  Don't sentence your kid to this.  There are a lot of unusual and lovely K names that can be understood by looking at them.

It's my first pregnancy so I'm just having a hard time narrowing it down to a final boy name and girl name.  Guess I'll just wait till I find out the sex then maybe it will be a little easier.
