I am thinking of looking for a yoga class. I do breathing, walking, activities that take my mind of things (I like painting or scrapbooking)..talking to someone and PRAYING. Sometimes these things help sometimes I just have redirect my mind... One of the doctors says my body is going through a lot of changes with hormones and all and since I already was anxious, it kinda got worse. But it will calm down.
I have generalized anxiety disorder. Badly. But I don't take medicine. Best suggestion is trying breathing exercises and talking really helps.
I am 36 weeks. I didn't experiece them before. But now is just horrible. I cried 2 nights ago. Cause it was so bad only slept 2 3 hours a night.
I had a tubal reversal last month I took ept preg test and it was a faint positive...took a 88cent first signal test nothing, did the digital said not pregnant. I got my period 2/28 and I have been having super sore boobs,no appetite,nausea,and headaches.. Confused
i have a lot of anxiety attacs i am 19 weeks and i take a walk and then i take a warm bath and that calms it down my dr said that there is no medicine we could take since were preagnat i mainly i get it when i am laying down and i have pants is when i start or i am sitting down and it will come out of no where
I had so much anxiety during the first 16 weeks of pregnancy. Not sure what triggered it.
I am 6 weeks 4 days.
I have tried chamomile tea, helps a bit. It will get better..just nervous.
I'm going to try that because I feel like I'm losing it how far along are u guys??
I've had anxiety since I was 14, best thing to do is go into a dark secluded room, or quiet place. Meditation is best to. Medication is just going tk make you feel down, and tired 24/7. Not to mention other side affects. I drink sleepy time tea too with lemon and honey and it works wonders
I haven't had a appetite in two weeks. Very thing makes me nauseous. :( So I just eat what I can.
