I need help

This question is more to do with me than my baby I suppose. The "father" is out every night having sex with Tom, **** and Harry, hasn't been there at all for me or my baby even though we've split up, and parties most nights. Yet I know he's going to take me to court for access. He's an ex druggie, didn't know when I got with him, and he wants me to just hand over my baby willingly to save all the court case deals and everything. I don't trust him since I found out what he's really like but I don't know how I can stop him. Can anyone help me, I'm getting to the point where I don't think I can fight anymore.

He's already got one son to his ex who his mum has every weekend because he can't be trusted. He told me to abort when he found out because he didn't want another and he's having sex with girls that look as young as 13. He's currently on bail for raping me and probably back on the coke. When asked if he was happy, he turned around and went "been through it once, why should i be happy". I don't mind him seeing the baby, I told him but I want to be there until I know I can trust him x

Hey hon please dont stress your self out your ex cannot have your baby over night for atleast a year and court will tell him that as that is your mother baby bonding time when ypu need tk breastfeed and all, partner has four children to hes ex and the judge said this to him and he couldnt have hes new born over night only hes three other children so you will only have to deal with your ex havng your baby a day every second or weekend, i hope all works out hon goodluck

Trust me your the mom you can fight it. Yes he will get probably everypther weekend rights but in all honesty it should be that way unless you can prove him unfit. And he cant get custody of your baby as long as he cant prove you unfit
