anyone

S I am 33&4 n tired of being pregnant can barely walk frm being 4cm with pelvic pain i am getting depressed. I find myself crying cuz i am ready to have him its uncomfortable n painful.. anybody know some stress release methods.  No sarcasm r rude ppl plz.

Try comedy movies, funny videos or stand up comedy. A good laugh can help you relax and feel better. Hang in there you r almost there.

I feel you, im 31 weeks & i can not wait to have this baby, ive had hypermesis gravidurium throughout my pregnancy which means i throw up & been zofran. Girl this a blessing but pregnancy is just a process. It be okay what a soap ophra or a show, go walking eat fruit & breath.  Youve made it this, far.Goodluck!

Try a belly band and just relax.  You need to keep that baby in a few more weeks.  I promise the pain your in now is better than a premie baby.

Well I hope one of those work for u sweetie I've been there and it ***** now but when its all said and done u will have the most amazing Lil person in it arms. And the reliefs u feel when your done pushing that Lil person out rivals the pain it took to get them here lmao

Sex or walking is what it doc will say. But chocolate cake is mine and my cousin is one who likes to try and dance and sing in the shower sometimes just being alone in a nice warm shower or bath will help and if it hurts to stand my husband used to put a fold pit chair is the shower for me with my second son hope I could help

Hobbies....small projects ...being around family...  I pushed all the way to my first babys due date .. And the day off i was more concerned with cleaning and washing  and seeing my sisters and mom than going into delivery
