miserable

I am so miserable now. I can barely sleep or anything. What are some techniques some of you used to sleep... I'm 7 months pregnant and it just feels like so much pressure on my stomach

I've tried stretches and positions and everything, I'm not getting any relief. I'm always eager to get tips but mostly people just say, yep it ***** and it will suck until it's over. Ugh.

I'm right there with you. I have the pillows, the humidifier, the sleep sounds machine, I toss and turn. I'm just so uncomfortable. My ribs hurt real bad and my back is all kinked up. I'm only 19 weeks too. I'm dreading how bad it's going to get.

I had to resort to buying a pregnancy pillow.  It works wonders
