Morning sickness?

I'm a FTM and I have a few questions. I tested 11 days before my expected period and got a strong positive. Judging by the date of my last period, today is the start of week 4. I had morning sickness this morning.  I'm wondering if those signs mean it could be twins? Or if that is all normal?

Its normal and a very good sign for you a miserable as it makes us feel it's a great sign for your babies survival the worse it is the more you can relax in knowing your baby is fine and tight in there ^.^
