Try Irish names. Saoirse pronounced - ser cha. Means freedom in Gaelic

Try an older name that way its still a known name that people can pronounce amd spell but not horribly common. Like Lilly, older and it use to be uncommon, its what I wanted before Harry Potter now its huge. Or try a guys name for a girl, we loved Sawyer but it wont work with our last name.
