I go back and forth. Depending on how the baby is positioned, one side is always more comfortable than the other. When my b elly got big, I propped it up with a pillow which really helped too. I used another pillow to prop up my leg.

You're OK as long as you're comfortable. Meaning nothing hurts, you can breath, you have circulation in all your limbs, and you're not in a position that give you acid reflux.

Same here Hannahpm13! My girl only hangs out on my left side and anytime i try to lay on that side she freaks out! Its the side Im most comfortable on so sometimes ill try to just lay like straight up and down on that side and not put any pressure on my tummy and shes usually pretty okay with that.

My baby seriously won't let me lay on my left side lol. She kicks and punches the bed when I lay on that side because she likes to be on that side of my belly. I'm 32 weeks and haven't slept on that side in like 6 weeks.

I am 31 weeks and I feel better on my right too. I try to go back and forth.  I even lay on my back for a few minutes to give both sides a rest.
