My water broke
You take little plastic baby's a freeze them into ice cubes. Who's ever melts first has to say my water broke.
Pin the sperm on the egg
Its like pin the tale on the donkey
The other one was a sperm shaped bean bag and you tossed it into a board that had a uterus.

@ Guessing how big your belly is (letting guests cut a string as long as they think it will be to make it all the way around your belly & whoever gets it closest to the actual size wins)
@ lottery (it's usually a card that has pictures of baby things on it, so it's 4 lines going vertical and 4 lines going horizontal. Total is 16 pics now u make cards for the pictures and call them out, whoever wins gets a prize either by getting a full line going either way or just by getting the 4 in the middle your choice, it's aka like bingo)
@ mixing candy on a diaper and then making the guests eat it with their mouth to guess what candy it is.
