20 week anatomy scan measurements big? any info on that?

I had my 20 weeks anatomy scan today. There has been a lot of issues determining my due date with this pregnancy. I was told between August 28th and Sept 5th and they are going with September 5th. This makes me 21 weeks 5 days pregnant.

At my scan today they measure tons of stuff, everything they measured was 22 weeks 1 day to 23 weeks 0 days. It's not that big of a difference but I have some questions anyway.

1. Has this happened to anyone else and what was the outcome?

2. Any websites that might be helpful to learn about this?

3. Should I mention anything to my Dr? I'm sure she will get the report but I really don't wanna deliver when she said i will.. not a good time. Both my kids start school around then and it's just gonna be really hard but delivering one week earlier at 38 weeks would be so much better. (I have to have a c section)

Thank you! I'm super excited about having him but super nervous about having 3 kids! I had my first two close together (not as close as yours) and it was amazing!

I'm due September 5th as well, during my 20week anatomy I was told just the same as you! Baby will arrive a week before if I have a full term baby. I had a C-section with my first, he arrived at 29weeks - my preemie will be 8months in a few day. I know you're worried, but there's really no telling when he or she arrives. Just prepare yourself.

BTW, I was told baby #2 will arrive early as well. I'm totally worried, 2 babies under the age of 1 and less than a year apart. I'm bracing myself, hopefully things works out.

Sorry if I wasn't able to answer your questions, BUT congrats :)
