back pain relief.?

My right side of my back kills me some days. Has anyone found anything that helps them with back pain? I have tried tylenol a couple times and a heating pad. It also massages and only helps so much. I read to try ice packs. Has anyone had luck with anything?

Could be your gallbladder. I had never had any issues with mine until I got pregnant. Apparently some hormones that your body produces makes women more likely to form gallstones. I am up for a removal surgery this month and my pain only presented in my back on the right side close to the bottom of my shoulder.

I have thought about going to a chiropractor if pain doesn't improve.  Worse part is I will be fine for days then I have a day or 2 it just kills me.

Thankyou! I just used a ice pack for about 15 mins. It seemed to help more then heating pad.

Yes my husband's chiropractor recommended an ice pack instead of heat. Tonight mine was so bad so I tried heating pad for a bit then ice pack and kept doing that for a good hour and feel a hell of a lot better! Just prop your feet up and get comfy
