Threatening miscarriage??

So today I was sitting on the couch when I felt a gush. For a sec I thought I had wet myself. So I went to the bathroom to.go per and noticed period like blood. I went to the ER and they.DID an ultrasound and the baby was moving around but then they.said I was having a threatening miscarriage... has this ever happened to anyone and did your baby make it? I'm so.scared it'll turn into.an.actual miscarriage. Any.helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. Ps I'm 13weeks and I'm pregnant with my second child

I'm so sorry to hear that. Absolute bed rest is the best thing you can do at this point. Not even something as small as standing and doing the dishes. You just really need to take easy until further notice from your doctor. God bless hunny! I pray everything works out.
