Im 38 weeks today and a ftm im scared about my water breaking and birth is there any like breathing exercises to help with the stress of it?

please relax. Let everything happen as it should. Our bodies dont thrive on stress. Please remember how many billions upon billions of women have done this before us. This is a joyful time. Enjoy the moment, embrace the pain-dont fight it because it will hurt more

You will use your breathing techniques but only 10% of women have there water break without doctors assistance. I'm right behind you lol by 2 days :) good luck lady!

Should Google it or look on you tube might be something there that might help
