Braxton Hicks?

What does Braxton Hicks feel like? I had it for my first child but I forgot what it felt like. Lol.
I am 23 weeks and I think I've been getting it. My lower stomach will start to feel real tight and crampy like it's full of gas for a little while then go back to normal. For a while I thought it was gas until I realized I wasn't gassy at all. Lol
What do y'all think? How early can it start?

They start very early, but aren't usually felt until later. You can feel them probably start around 15 weeks sometimes. They are random tightenings or cramps typically only affecting part of the uterus rather than the entire thing. They come and go randomly. They don't really hurt but they can be very noticeable. Drinking lots of water and resting can help reduce them sometimes.
