35 weeks with menstrual Cramps

Hop in the shower and try to relax if they go away then it was just Braxton hicks. if it doesnt go away go Away go to the doctors to discard (which I dont and hope not) contractions. With Braxton hicks you will feel a tightness In ur belly and with contractions you will feel tightness and cramping also hope this helps. Thats what I did to tell the difference
