bottle feeding breastfeeding milk

anyone has any experience bottle feeding breastmilk? My daughter was born 3days ago & initially fed from the breast, she soon stopped showing any interest in feeding altogether. She has been struggling to feed from the breadt I've been hand expressing & giving her everything I am producing by syringe - though she's still hardly interested. Now my milk is coming in there's a much larger volume & I don't know how much to give - I can't take cues from her because she either doesn't want any at all, or cries for it then falls asleep as soon as we start feeding her. Any advice? Any idea how much she should be having? Thanks

Start with an ounce. Your baby's tummy is about the size of a ping pong ball right now and can't hold a lot.
