You can clean and sterilize at the same time.
I only boiled them before first use out of the package and then hand washed with hot water. Never had problems here. It is not necessary to sterilize after each use.
Cleaning and sterilizing is different ^^
Soap and hot water are enough to sterilize them. You don't have to boil them or use a sterilizer.
Thank u! Theres so much im unaware of apparently!
Its not necessary but is recommended to kill off bacteria that 'can' cause gut issues
the bottles get washed first, then sterlized. There are different ways ti sterlize though, there are sterilizers that you buy (machines) there is chemical sterilizer that you will find in the supermarket and/or you can boil the bottles for 5mins (all of which are safe and do the same thing).
I was under the impression u had to steralise until at least 6 months old.
I washed mine and then boiled them until my babies were like six months old.
You can just wash the bottles. You also have to let them soak in hot water for a bit
