Thanks ladies I've been working for a long time and the opportunity my husband has given me to work from home has been awesome but the insurance is the hard part I had a great deductible with my last job so it was a hard adjustment to go from that to paying everything out of pocket

Work from home!  You'll really enjoy being a stay at home mommy ive been a stay At home mommy for 2 years and I've absolutely loved the bonding it brings. Plus if it's what you've always wanted to do take advantage of it!  I've never liked the idea of somebody else practically raising my children so for me to be able to be home was a blessing.

Usually with jobs that provide insurance you still pay a certain part. They just deduct it out of each paycheck. I think this is a decision only you can make though. As much as I want to work and we could use the extra income for a new car, I couldnt ever be away from my baby (ies). It just depends what you feel you can handle.
