No I feel when I was prego with my first two n I called my doctor he took a look at the baby to ease my mind but told me that with all the baby is protected by unless I got hit in the stomach by a 30 lbs man my baby is fine or if I didn't fall on my stomach. But that's what doctors are for if u wanna call what's the harm?

I'd go to your doctor or maternity and get them to check the baby to make sure

Depending on how hard you hit your back, you just hurt yourself.. Baby is fine. They're in a well protective sac. You could always just call your doctor and inform them of the incident instead of making that trip to a hospital.
