Are any of you moms experiencing heavy sore breast? How are you dealing with it?

Yeah I just bought so bigger bras but now I can barley fit those so I do need bigger bras. The pads sound like a great idea. I'm gonna buy some.  And yes my nipples are always hard also which doesn't help.

Yes!  Omg my nipple are so hard Ll the time.  My breast are relly heavy.  They are  size g and they are heavy already but now it's just uhg.

My nurse told me if you have a good bra that support your breasts well, that it helps. when i started to get sore breasts i switched from bras to sports bras and it didnt make a difference but then i got a normal but bigger bra with good support and its better. I put nursing pads in it for nipple tenderness.

I do that and it helps with the support so they are not as heavy but not with being sore

I've been wearing a sports bra at night while I sleep and that seems to help
