Your opinion please

So this week we had a growth scan and I am being monitored very closely coz we had a stillborn last year. I am very nervous and paranoid about this pregnancy but thank God everyone has been so supportive and helpful. At the scan(28weeks) we asked about baby's gender....our sonographer said that despite the fact that they can get it wrong she thinks we are having a girl. But my hubby and I clearly saw what was a round white blob....so I am confused. It's not three lines (like everyone says for girls) or I was told it looks like a snail (for boys)....really don't know what to make of any of it.....
My main concern remains that baby arrives safe and sound...please ladies let me know what you think. Thanks x
