I'm 29 weeks and I been to the bathroom three times in less then an hour I feel like something is coming out of me when Im  standing  I go to the Bathroom and my underwear  is wet I don't know what it means could I go into labor???

FTM but I'm also a labor nurse. It could be a urinary tract infection, yeast infection, or possibly something called bacterial vaginosis (a simple bacteria that is usually in your vagina, only they is now a lot of it causing irritation). As for possibly leaking amniotic fluid, I would recommend putting on a pad and walking around for about an hour. If your continuing to leak onto the pad it should be evaluated by the hospital. What you can expect is a speculum exam with a couple different swabs and a urine sample test. These check for both infection or amniotic fluid. Even if it is your water leaking, there are things they can do to try to prevent labor from starting. So take a deep breath and try to relax momma...I know it can be scary!

Drinking lots of water can be your best friend to help with that pressure/discomfort feeling. The uterus is one great big muscle and likes to get irritable or contract if you are dehydrated!

Your baby could be head down and pressing on your bladder, it feels like your baby is between your legs and about to come out, as your baby is sitting on your bladder a little urine may be coming out, thats what my doctor told me, ive been there and it *****

Oh I see. Well if it continues you should see a doctor asap at least. It sounds like a possible bladder infection but im no doctor. When I had mine, I felt the urge to pee and when i went, barely nothing came out. I was also leaking urine.

I also feel pressure under my bellybotton I'm not leaking a lot

If your soaking your underwear you could be leaking amniotic fluid or your water has broken. U need to go to ER to get checked just to be safe.
