child support question
So my baby is do July 29th and I guess he's tight money wise financially. So he hasn't helped me get any of baby's stuff. He seems to be interested in being there for baby and I believe him that he will for sure be there for the delivery. But I don't think he has any intention on signing baby's birth certificate. Idk I Don't really want to bring it up because I don't want to scare him away from it or be pushy or something. But idk ig my question is if I don't get him to sign the birth certificate will child support be less persistent or less likely to help me? I do plan on getting him on it because I don't like to ask for money or be lied to and told he'll give it to me and never does
No it's not , they will just do a dna test to confirm he is the father.
Is it harder
W.or w.out his last name or w.or w.out him signing the birth certificate you can still put child support .
