So I havent felt sick or had breast tenderness yet, then yesterday I took my prenatles for the first time and woke up this morning and my breasts hurt so bad and I have been feeling sick all day, can't even ride in a car without getting sick to my stomach. Any idea if that could be from the type of prenatals or is it just the pregnancy affects kicking in.

Pregnancy side effects can feel like start overnight. Your hormone levels are high enough now for your body to feel the effects. Congratulations. Sometimes taking the prenatals at night makes them easier to take or you can talk to your doctor about more gentle ones on your stomach. They even have gummy versions which are a lot more tolerable.

If you just recently found out you are pregnant some symptoms should start to kick in. I know you're supposed to talk your prenatals with food. I take mine at night vs morning bc I used to get nauseated during the day when I would take them. You can ask your doctor if you may need to change prenatals.
