I would eat so much prunes and also putting ur feet on a stool helps bring down the poop. I learn that from Dr.Oz and it worked for me well.
When i drink my cup of decaf coffee it always makes me go. I was having that problem also
I tried coffee I tried bananas and yogurt and stool softeners and nothing is working. I'm gonna go get some prunes now! Thanks!
I had the same problem. I started eating cheerios :) and more fiber.
LOTS of water has helped me! I usually aim for 80+ oz a day. On top of sufficient fiber (not too much though, otherwise it backs me up even more).
Drink plenty of water 16 oz when you are eating will help a lot
Prunes! And warm tea always helped me..
Bananas get you more constapated eat papaya and drink a lot of water I'm now 34 weeks and I never so far got constapated in my pregnancy! Hope it helps goodluck
Its been a week for me. Ive tried loading up on fiber and laying off the zofran to no prevail. Dr told be to try stool softeners and possibly a suppository. Says if I dont go by tomorrow to come in and they will "get me going" not sure what that means but I am scared! Haha but really I left work early today because I was constantly doubled over with cramps #itsbeentoolong
Warm Prune Juice, coffee, The doctor actually put me on lactalose I'm not sure if its percription though. Also lots of fiber and water as these ladies said :)
This is about to be a t.m.i. statement but I found that for warp speed instant constipation relief, anal sex with sperm release left in the anus for at least 10 minutes really causes a fast reaction. My hubby hates partaking in that but I just tell him to get over it since I'm the one in real discomfort. I know that it's a bit unconventional and you have to be gentle, but, it definitely works.
I hope you get relief soon...feel better!
Figs and pear will work very well xx and uou can use coconut oil in down there so it wouldn't bleed or anything....give it a go you will be surprised xx
