did I injury myself?

I was getting up from a sitting position and felt a sharp pain all through my lower abdomen. I'm 19 wks and workout regularly but not ab work.  It wasn't my joints it was just lower abs n just for 3 seconds long but I had never felt that before not even when exercising.

What I do when I that happens is I hold that spot as soon as I start to feel the pain. That usually helps.

It's called round ligament pain, it can be pretty painful, but should never last more then 40 seconds or so. I've had it so bad that the area is sore for awhile after, it's completely normal and nothing to worry about

That could be ligament pain, am 33 weeks long and I get that sometimes, but mostly I get the sciatica pain...Every end of the day my body wears out, and when I sit, standing up is really hard, it's my muscles lock down on me...I always ask my hubby to help me up. I'll say take it easy, don't get up too first.

You have to be careful with yourself as everything is weaker when you're pregnant. Have you talked to your ob about the type of exercises you're doing? Some things shouldn't be done in this state.
