I haven't found anything that really helps either. :( other than water next to the bed.
Im having breath shortning!!
i do know some woman like me have that during pregnancy. when i would get that way i would sit down awhile and get my breath back..
Keep a bottle of water next to your bed. That's the only thing you can do. I have already asked my dr. He said since the baby is basically pushing everything up, your lungs are also getting pushed, so when you sleep it causes you to breath faster and more often. That's what causes dry mouth. He told me to keep water next to the bed. So when i wake up i can take a drink.
Yes. At night extremely dry and during the day super wet. I hate it!
just drink a lot of fluids which for me i drank water pop and tea lol so good for the baby right? lol.. both of my boys are healthy lol...
I feel like no matter how much I drink I'm always thirsty and have a dry mouth.
You could try Biotene. It's a mouthwash that's supposed to help dry mouth. My dentist recommended it to me. Works pretty well!
