Practice relaxation and you have to decide how you will react to stressful situations. You don't have to go with your first reaction or handle it the way you always have. Talk to counselor about approaches stress management. You have control over your reaction only--not the people in your life. So focus on yourself and practice how you will respond to family. It really works. I deal with family bickering/drama a lot.

Definitely try to get away from it. Stress can have a lot of negative effects on both you and baby! I know it's easier said than done. One of the reasons I went into preterm labor was stress. At 22 weeks now 23 weeks still trying to stop it. So please get away from it or try to stay out of it!
