If you can walk and talk you should be okay. If you start to feel cramping or feel dizzy you need to stop and rest. This means you're not getting enough oxygen. You also want to make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Dehydration can cause contractions and early labor. Swimming is an excellent way to stay in shape if you're looking for an alternative.

Walking is great and you can go as fast as you like as long as you can hold a conversation while walking. If you can't, you need to slow down as if you aren't getting enough oxygen then neither is bubs.

Keep it slow and steady. Be careful for falls. Try not to get your heart rate up too high. Good luck mama
