What kind of exercise do you ladies do? I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and need to exercise more I try walking 15mins everyday is that enough? I'm 31wks & if I try walking more I get a pain on my side. So I stop after 15mins.

I'm doing squats every day. My older sister gave me a month long squat challenge to do and it's helping to tone my legs and butt so I don't feel so fat (cuz it is all going to my a55).
And if you want to walk more just take a break. Walk 15 minutes now and 15 minutes later ;)

I love walking, if your side starts to hurt its probably cause your walking to fast or started walking to fast, i start out slow and just pick up pace if I'm feeling fine,  when im tired i just do slow walks, try to do them every day,  and be sure to breath and stay hydrated!

I go to the pool to swim or take water arobics. My local gym is hrs at but my hospital has a special water arobics class for pregnant women. Dr. assures that vagina and baby are okay in swim pool during pregnancy and it takes all weight off joint and improves stretch and flexibility
