.I wish I knew someone who worked with the paper! That'd help so much
I like in ohio. I never realized other places didn't do coupons that ***** I'm sorry. I wonder if on average you guys pay less per item or why it's like that
It was pretty easy once I caught on. First thing I recommend to anyone who wants to start couponing is to download the app called favado. You put in your zip code, and what stores you like to shop at. It'll keep track of all the specials and sales. When ever I get a new coupon I type the item into the app. It'll pull up its price at every store. All you do then is pick what is gonna be the best deal with your coupon. It even tracks sales that are not advertised [plus it's completely free which I love haha]
I also recommend ordering your coupons once you find one that works. I personally use also website called lorihas3kids.com but you can find hundreds of them. For example our dollar tree sells Jimmy Dean breakfast bites for 1$ a box. I got a coupon for .75 cents off per box [a manufacturer coupon in the Sunday paper last week] so each box is only a quarter. So I went to lorihas3kids.com and ordered 20 more lol. Only costs a dollar for all 20 all nd like .50 cent shipping. Plus my sister gave me hers. So I have 22 coupons. Meaning I'll pay less than 6$ for 22 boxes.
If your ordered Facebook there are hundreds of coupon sites. People trade, coupons and notify each ordered the of good deals and such. Plus they are really helpful when your just starting.
It just takes a few tries to figure out.to help keep them easy to use I put them in a binder. I just bought a regular kids school binder. I put in dividers so I can organize my coupons by section [I have a food section, a baby and pet section, health and beauty toiletries and cleaning supplies, but you could do whatever works for you] and I bought sports card holders to put them in. There like the perfect size.
It's not as time consuming as people think. I spend about 2 hours on Sunday clipping and sorting coupons as well as checking deals on the new ones. Then every other day I spend just about 15 minutes checking for new sales. But you could do it more or less
It will be nice to learn because from now I'm going to bring all the coupons I can get for baby stuff :)
I work on a printing company where those coupons are printed out, they always trow away a lot of them because they make extras and I can bring some of those with me when I need it.
The most that I get are the 2off any pantene product (from the PG brand saver booklet) because I use a lot of mousse, like one bottle per week, and get them at the store when they have it on sale like 3 for 10 and save some as a bottle of mousse costs 4.59 or more.
I would like to know how exactly this couponing works, I heard that some stores takes all the coupons you want to give them for one item, other will just match the coupon, so, what stores are you using and where do you live? I live in California.
I buy multiple of the Sunday paper. And you can order more inserts online :) then use the favado app to find sales
Same here , lol I've been like that lately I don't know if it's pregnancy or what but I've been loving coupons and samples lately.
I can never find good coupons I'm in Florida so I know they r everywhere just not where I'm looking so how do u do it online? Newspapers? Is there certain sites?
I'd love it too but here in England we are lucky if we get 10% off anything :(
Oh id love to be able to do the couponing, its not something you can get here in ireland bar a few odd coupons here and there..i think it brilliant though you guys in the states can do it
