Can someone plz tell me what I can do to ease my nausea

Try to eat frequently so your blood sugar doesn't fall.

If you are really having a hard time keeping things down you might have to take some med that's what I was goin through my first trimester to help..but eat fruits drink lots of water lemons help and ginger tea

I used lemon and Ginger tea by BEGLOW . It has probiotics. And helps with digestion. Yes it works

I've been smelling essential oils such as tea tree & lemongrass. Also eating dry crackers. Sipping on water.

Talk  to your doctor first, but they recommended unisom+b6. Then I was prescribed phenergan (zofran works, too, but I didn't use it). They also gave me samples of diclegis (specifically for pregnancy nausea), but didn't WK for me. If you don't want meds, there are a lot of ginger type things that can help. I didn't like the ginger candies.

Peppermints help && tell your doctor to prescribe you medicine Diclegiys they help BEAUTIFULLY

Some one told me sour candies and ginger help also crackers helped me
