I'm in the same boat. I don't like taking anything other than vitamins. So I drink coconut water and it helps. I've had acid reflux since 4 months and would only take tums if it was really bad. I'm only short 1 day tell I have my c section.

Try pepcid complete. Nothing worked for me until I tried it.

It's never going to stop. I gave up on cures. I found the only thing helpful was something cold. Popsicle or ice cream. I've had it since the beginning of my pregnancy. It's very annoying

Tell your doctor. Man i had it soo bad to it was horrible i couldnt take it ata all tums didnt really help for me. So i told my dr and she perscribed me medication for that and i can tell you it went away! When i take it i dont feel a thing anymore unless i stop taking them. Just let your dr know that its so bad and he\she should perscribe it to you
